El juzgado de Ejecución de Sentencia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria de Bluefields cumplió la meta propuesta en el primer semestre del año, de acuerdo al Plan Operativo Anual (POA), informó la doctora Yorlene Orozco Aguilar, titular de dicha judicatura.
Durante el primer semestre del presente año esta judicatura realizó 18 visitas y efectuó varias inspecciones carcelarias a los diferentes penales donde existen privados de libertad de la región en Bluefields, Juigalpa y Tipitapa, en cumplimiento al POA.
“Hemos desarrollado diferentes actividades propias del juzgado que están contempladas dentro de sus metas, partiendo que no somos perfectos, sin embargo siempre aspiramos a mejorar”, manifestó la judicial.
Entre los meses de enero a junio esta judicatura ha resuelto 66 beneficios legales, 94 incidentes tramitado; atendido 244 usuarios en solicitudes de despacho, de los cuales 135 han sido atendido por la judicial; celebrado 5 reuniones interinstitucionales para coordinar actividades con las instituciones que forman parte del Sistema de Justicia Penal en la Región y mejorar las condiciones de los privados de libertad en el cumplimiento de su pena, apuntó la doctora Orozco Aguilar.
De igual manera informó que han logrado coordinar con el Centro de Atención sicosocial, la Policía Nacional, el Sistema Penitenciario, en área específica de la salud mental, para atender la salud física de los privados de libertad; y brindar atención a 196 privados de libertad que solicitaron entrevistarse conmigo.
“Para el segundo semestre nos hemos propuestos cumplir las metas que trazadas; las debilidades irlas mejorando para cumplir nuestras funciones de una manera eficiente y poder brindar al usuario del servicio de administración de justicia una atención con calidad y calidez” señaló la judicial.
“Nuestra meta es fortalecer las capacidades del personal del juzgado, dándole las herramientas necesarias para el desempeño de sus funciones, para que los usuarios tengan la confianza y la seguridad de que sus peticiones serán resueltas conforme a derecho, sin distinción alguna”, concluyó la jueza de Ejecución de Sentencia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria de Bluefields.
COMPLYING WITH THE ANUAL OPERATIVE PLAN.
Licentiate Yorlene Orozco Aguilar the Judge in charge of seeing the Complyment of Sentence and Penitentiary System Vigilance said that this first semester of this year, they as judge office complied with several activities that were among their objectives.
“We are not perfect, but we hope to be better” said the judge.
She added that they made 18 visits to inspect the different jails in the region such as Bluefields, Juigalpa and Tipitapa.
Since January right up to June they solve 66 legal benefits, 94 legal incidents, the office attended 244 people out these, she as Judge attended 135 people who asked to see her, they celebrated 5 meetings to coordinate whit other institutions that are also parts of the Criminal Justice System activities in order to better the conditions of the ones that are in jail.
They also got together with the People and Directors of the Psyco Sotial Attention Center (CAPS), the National Police and the Penitentiary System to work together specially in the areas of physical and mental health for ones that are in jail. During her visit to the different jail houses 196 prisoners were attended by her.
“For this second semester we have goals we expect to comply, weakness to strengthen so we can give a better service administrating justice” said Judge Yorlene Orozco, who concluded saying “our goals is to strengthen the capacities of the people working at the office, give them right tools to do their job, so that those who request the service be confident and sure that their request will be solve according to their rights and without differences”.
