Inauguran en el Caribe Sur postgrado en Preservación de la Evidencia

Con la participación de funcionarios del Tribunal de Apelaciones de la Circunscripción Caribe Sur, Defensoría Publica, Ministerio Publico, Procuraduría Regional, Derechos Humanos, Ejército de Nicaragua, Ministerio de Gobernación y Policía Nacional, se inauguró el Postgrado en Preservación de la Evidencia y Cadena de Custodia que concluirá el próximo 27 de marzo del 2015.
 


La magistrada presidenta del Tribunal de Apelaciones del Caribe Sur, doctora Teresa de Jesús Peña, manifestó que el Instituto de Altos Estudios Judiciales ha realizado múltiples esfuerzos por llevar a cabo el curso que tiene que ver con Cadena y Custodia de la Evidencia, para que los operadores del sistema de justicia penal fortalezcan los conocimientos y habilidades en lo que respecta al manejo de la evidencia en materia penal.

La doctora Peña expresó que el Poder Judicial se preocupa para que los funcionarios judiciales adquieran cada día mejores conocimientos y cuenten con más herramientas para el ejercicio de sus funciones.

“Pido que este esfuerzo del Instituto y la Corte Suprema de Justicia sea aprovechado por ustedes al máximo, para que sus habilidades y destrezas sean aún mayores de las que hasta hoy ostentan”, concluyó la magistrada Peña.

El doctor César Augusto Quinto Gómez, magistrado presidente de la Sala Penal del Tribunal de Apelaciones de Bluefields, dijo que “la Corte Suprema de Justicia está trabajando una propuesta de reformas a una serie de tipos penales que recoge la Ley 641 (Código Penal de Nicaragua) y otras normativas especiales como el crimen organizado, trafico nacional e internacional de estupefacientes, trata de personas, entre otros, que son de prioridad en Nicaragua y que a la vez son compromisos del Estado Nicaragüense”. 

Los docentes del Postgrado en Preservación de la Evidencia y Cadena de Custodia son los doctores Yorlene Orozco, Ronald Antonio Wilford Vargas, Janina Margarita Jackson Machado, Vladimir Acuña y Martín Henríquez; y la licenciada Rosalba.



“PRESERVING EVIDENCE AND KEEPING CHAIN OF CUSTODY COURSE IS INAUGURATED”


With the participation of the functioneers of the Apelation Court, Public Defendants, Prosecutors, Human Rights, Regional Procurator, Nicaraguan Army Members Govern Ministry, and National Police, The Course on Preserving Evidence and Keeping the Chain of Custody was inaugurated and will conclude on March 27th 2015.

Doctor Teresa de Jesus Peña, magistrate presiding the Apelation Court, said that the Juditial Studies Institute made lots of effort so that this course on preserving evidence and keeping the chain of custody became a reality, course that was directed exclusively to functioneers that administrate justice, along with personell of the Institutions that have to do with the Justice System so that they can Strengthen their knowledge and habilities on handling evidence in Criminal Matters.

Peña added that the objective of the Supreme Court Of Justice and Juditial Studies Institute worries daily to give better knowledge and also the tools to exercise their functions.

Dr. Teresa de Jesus Peña saying “I ask of you to make much of these studies given to you by the Supreme Court of Justice and the Institute in giving you all habilities so you can have more knowledge than you posses today”.

Dr. César Augusto Quinto Gomez, magistrate presiding the Criminal Area of Apelation Court of Bluefields, said “In to the efforts that the Supreme Court of Justice particularly is the one in charge throughout Constitutional orders to administrate Justice in the Country and in General way to the Nicaraguan State; they are working on a proposal in order to reform some of the Criminals Regulations contained in law 641 Criminal Code of Nicaragua and also others laws that are also special rules that Regulates different Criminal actions, Specially Organized Crime, Natural and International Drugs Traffic, People Traffic among others that are a priority in Nicaragua and also a Commitment to the Nicaraguan State”.

The Teachers incharge of the Course are, the doctors Yorlene Orozco, Ronald Antonio Wilford Vargas, Janina Margarita Jackson Machado, Vladimir Acuña, Dr. Martin Henríquez also licentiate Rosalba Fonseca.
