Inauguran Curso de Bisutería y Tallado de Madera

Con la presencia de la Circunscripción Caribe Sur, Magistrada Presidenta Dra. Teresa de Jesús Peña, licenciada Suyen Bolaños Jueza del Juzgado Penal de Distrito de Adolescentes del Tribunal de Apelaciones de Bluefields, Licenciada Arelli Méndez de la Oficina Técnica para el Seguimiento de las Sanciones Penales de Adolescentes (OTSSPA) de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el Dr. Erwin Rayo Representante de Tierra de Hombre, el Director del Instituto Nacional Tecnológico (INATEC) Profesor Fausto Guzmán y la Directora de la Oficina de Ejecución y Vigilancia de las Sanciones Penales de Adolescente en Bluefields, se inauguró el sábado 18 de octubre del 2014, el curso de bisutería (elaboración de cadenas, anillos, brazaletes, etc.) y tallado en madera.


 

La Licenciada Suyen Bolaños Chow Jueza del Juzgado Penal de Distrito de Adolecentes, dirigió su mensaje de bienvenida instando a los jóvenes aprovechar esta oportunidad una vez más, ya que no es la primera vez que se les da talleres de formación, indicó en su discurso que hay diferencia entre la suerte y el éxito; el éxito está compuesta por tres situaciones, (1) la Intensión (2) El Trabajo Continuo y (3) La Disciplina,  la Suerte es el encuentro de conocimientos con la oportunidad.

La Licenciada Arelli Méndez de la (OTSSPA) de la Corte Suprema de Justicia manifestó que el curso es el fruto de un trabajo que se vino elaborando desde el año pasado, cuando surgió la propuesta de la fundación Tierra de Hombres que lo está financiando.

“Todas las medidas que se impongan a un adolescente debe de ser primordialmente educativa”, destacó la Licenciada Méndez, agregó “Estamos en una región donde hay muchas necesidades laborales, y el taller es socio laboral de habilitación de oficio, lo que se pretende es un esfuerzo conjunto con las autoridades, con la fundación, brindarles herramientas para que el día de mañana en cualquier momento tengan la oportunidad de salir adelante” Concluyo.

El Director del Instituto Nacional Tecnológico en Bluefields Profesor Fausto Guzmán dijo a los adolescentes “ustedes se van a preparar en un oficio para que posteriormente puedan brindar los servicios en esa área del cual se van a capacitar”.


Añadió “recibirán una capacitación y al final del curso el INATEC le extenderá un Certificado que les acreditará para trabajar su especialidad no solamente en Nicaragua, sino que en toda Centroamérica donde el Título es Reconocido”. 

Por otro lado el representante de la fundación “Tierra de Hombres” Doctor Erwin Rayo expresó que la fundación tiene 7 años de estar trabajando en el fortalecimiento del Sistema de Justicia Penal Especializada con la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Ministerio de Gobernación, Sistema Penitenciario e Inatec.

El Curso obedece a la intención de contribuir al desarrollo de habilidades educativas y laborales para la reinserción social de los adolescentes que cumplen una medida de responsabilidad penal tanto en el ámbito privativo como en el ámbito de medida alternativa a la privación de libertad.

El programa está diseñado para seis Sistemas Penitenciarios a nivel nacional que tienen la mayor población juvenil a nivel del país, y uno es Bluefields.      

La Licenciada Martha Yukary Murakamy Lang Directora de la Oficina de Ejecución y Vigilancia de las Sanciones Penales de Adolescentes del Tribunal de Apelaciones en Bluefields manifestó que el curso sabatino de bisutería y tallado de madera  inicia el sábado 18 de octubre del 2014 y finaliza la primera semana del mes de marzo del 2015 con un horario de 8 de la mañana a 4 de la tarde.

El taller va dirigido a 23 jóvenes adolescentes entre las edades de 15 a 18 años, atendidos por la oficina de ejecución, jóvenes que están en proceso y jóvenes que ya tienen una sentencia definitiva.

Se les capacitará sobre lo que es la elaboración de bisutería, que tengan los conocimientos básicos sobre pequeñas artesanías, tallado de madera, con el propósito que ellos puedan desarrollar habilidades vocacionales, y de una manera sana y constructiva ocupar su tiempo libre.

El adolescente con iniciales J.A.G.B de 16 años opinó que es bueno, y que aprovechará al máximo el curso porque le va a servir en el futuro para  ayudar a su familia.

La actividad inaugural en el Instituto Nacional Tecnológico ubicado en el Barrio Fátima de Bluefields contó con la asistencia de las madres de los adolescentes, quienes muy optimistas, reconocieron el esfuerzo que realiza la Corte Suprema de Justicia y la Fundación Tierra de Hombres.



Course on Bisuteria and Wood Carving was inaugurated

With the presence of Doctress Teresa de Jesús Peña who is the highest authority of the Juditial Power on the South Caribbean, also with presence of licentiate Suyen Bolaños Judge of the District Criminal Adolescent Court of Bluefields, licentiate Arelli Mendez from the office to give follow up on Criminal Sanctions to Adolescents from the Supreme Court of Justice, Dr. Erwin Rayo Representative of Tierra de Hombres organization, Professor Fausto Guzman the Director of INATEC and with the Director of the Office that give Follow to Young People who are Complying with Criminal Sanction licentiate Martha Mukary Murakamy Lang, last Saturday October 18, they inaugurate a course on “Bisuteria” which is to teach young people how to make chains, ring, bracelets, etc. and alsoa Course on Wood Carving.

Suyen Bolaños Chow Adolescent Judge in her welcome message called young people to embrace once more this opportunity, since is not the first time they are receiving courses to help them, in her speech she pointed out that there are differences between luck and success, success is composed by three situations: 1) The Intention, 2) Continuo’s work and 3) Discipline, Luck is only an encounter of knowledge with opportunity.

Licentiate Arelli Mendez from the Office that follow up on young people of the Supreme Court of Justice said that this course is the fruit of a work that was been coordinated from last year, when the Foundation Tierra de Hombres that is financing the course proposed it.

Licentiate Arelli Mendez said that “All measurements applied on young people have to be educative” she added also that “we are working in the region in need of work, and with this work shop what we are looking is to give them the tools to help them out tomorrow”, she concluded.

Professor Fausto Guzman Director of the National Technological Institute in Bluefields told the young people taking the course that “They are going to be prepared to work so they can give their services, at the end of the course you are going to receive a Certificate that in going to be accepted and recognized not only in Nicaragua but in the whole Central America”.

Erwin Rayo Representative of the Tierra de Hombres Foundation said that they have seven years working trying to strengthen the Specialized Criminal Justice System, The Supreme Court of Justice, Govern Ministry and INATEC.

Whit this course the intention is to contribute in developing educative and working abilities so that young people that is facing a measurement which is an alternative to prison be once again part of the Society.

The Program is designed to work with six Penitentiary System at a National Level that have the most young people population in the country and one of the is Bluefields.

Licentiate Martha Yukary Murakamy Lang who is the director of the office that give follow up to young people that have problem with justice in Bluefields said that this course started on Saturday October 18 and will end the first week in march 2015 with a schedule of 8 in the morning to 4 in the evening.

The workshop is directed to young people between the ages of 15 to 18 who are already are in a process and also young people that were sentenced.

They will receive capacitation to make Bisuterias and get basic knowledge about wood carving and artisanal things so they can develop vocational skills and in a Healthy way make much of their free time.

A 16 year old by the initials of J.A.G.B said that the workshop is good and he will make much of it because it will serve him and his family the day of tomorrow.

The activity was inaugurated at the INATEC in Fatima neighborhood where the mothers of the young people attended they were optimistic and recognized the efforts of the Supreme Court of Justice and Tierra de Hombres Foundation.
